Chasm is a TimeSplitters 2 map. It takes place in a possibly abandonned mine. The name "Chasm" comes from the fact that in the center of the map there is a large hole in the ground, a chasm.

Description

The Chasm is a rather large map, taking place in a dark mine. On both sides of the chasm itself, there are large multilevel structures which go far back into the wall. These structures are joined by several bridges which stretch across the chasm. You can easily fall of these bridges unto the lethal ground below. The structures are built so that looking across the chasm you see a sort of "grid" of cement and players killing players.
The map is completely symmetrical, and the only way of telling which side you're on is the occasional red or blue lighting. It is very easy to get lost, as the many rooms are very much alike, and even when you know where you are, someone can easily sneak up behind you and send you to another part of the map (by killing you).

Recommendations

Chasm is a good map for Thief, Virus, and Elimination. The many rooms mean that anyone can steal your coins in Thief, sneak up on you in Virus, and own you in Elimination. Thanks to the mine atmosphere, lots of different characters fit. Weapons - same thing.
